I have taken photographs my entire life. Photography is my connection between my eyes, my camera and my subject. My photography speaks in a way that I cannot, in that it expresses something beyond what words are able to convey. It always reveals something new to me about myself and about my subject. I’m very curious and I am constantly questioning, wondering and trying to figure out the world.

I studied at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, FL where I was classically trained in commercial photography. I began working as a freelance photographer in south Florida. I love doing location portrait work, but I also love the control and energy of doing product photography in studio. I have photographed jewelry, cigars, surfboards and even flaming martinis. I bring what I love about working in the studio to my work on location. Often times I will set up shots on location using what I know about lighting to take full advantage of the space and natural light available.

After college I moved back to the sleepy surf town of Rincon, Puerto Rico. This is where I started my first commercial photography business a company called Rincon Images. Under the warmth of the Puerto Rican sun I continued to perfect my craft and learned how to be a small business owner.

In addition to photography, I also love cooking and Hula Hoop dancing. I love baking cakes and cookies as well as playing with other flavors in the kitchen, and during my free time when I’m not behind the lens you can usually find me on the beach with my hula hoop.
